Anne Dowling is the founder and owner of Anne’s Home Care Inc., a dedicated provider of senior in-home care services. Her passion for this field was fueled by a deep personal experience. When her father fell ill, Anne faced the challenge of coordinating long-distance care for him, as he preferred to remain in the comfort of his own home. Through determination and resourcefulness, she organized a team of family members and professionals to ensure he felt safe, loved, and cared for in familiar surroundings.
This experience ignited Anne’s commitment to creating a better experience for families facing similar challenges. She has built a team of skilled professionals at Anne’s Home Care Inc. to provide compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each client’s unique needs. As a privately owned agency, Anne’s Home Care Inc. has successfully supported numerous families as they navigate difficult decisions and transitions—and we can help you, too.
Professional Experience
Since 1987, Anne has cultivated extensive expertise in home health care and physicians’ offices, serving in various roles, including certified nursing assistant, medical assistant, community health care provider, and supervisor. With over 20 years of experience, she leads our dedicated team of compassionate caregivers.
Based in Danvers, MA, North Shore Boston and surrounding areas, Anne manages a full-service, private home care agency serving eastern Massachusetts and the North Shore of Boston.
In 2000, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Northeastern University.
Her early career began at Shaughnessy Rehabilitation Hospital in Salem, MA, where she developed foundational skills in patient care.
